Privacy policy
This policy covers useloops.ai: what the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Call data you send Loops as a customer is covered by your customer agreement and data processing agreement, summarized at the end.
What we collect
- What you send us through the form: your work email, the platforms you run, your industry, what you'd like first and any note you add.
- Server logs from our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. They are kept to run and protect the site.
- Your theme choice: kept in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you ask, to set up your audit.
- To keep the site available and secure.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Vercel hosts the site, processes the server logs and stores form submissions privately in the United States.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions while we are talking with you and for as long as a customer relationship lasts, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it. To make a request, use the form at useloops.ai and tell us what you need. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Customer call data
When a customer connects Loops to their agents, the calls, transcripts and recordings are processed under that customer's agreement, not this policy. In short: call data is stored and processed in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, never used to train any model, and deleted on the customer's request. An NDA and DPA, plus a BAA for healthcare, are signed before we receive access. Details are in the trust center.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version here.
